Make Your Own Kimchi

I’ve written about the health benefits and my own experiments with fermentation quite a few times in this newsletter. My family and I love the sauerkraut I make with red cabbage, and it’s so easy to do. I’ve found this super simple recipe for another fabulous cabbage-based fermented food, Kimchi, which makes a great side dish or snack food.
