Essential Oil Foot Rub

To make an essential oil foot rub take 3 drops of essential oil and 1 teaspoon of coconut, sweet almond or for an earthier blend use hemp seed oil.

Mix the oils together in the palm of your hand and then massage into the bottoms of your feet. It’s also good to apply just before bed as it will soak in overnight. You can also use this as a relaxing neck and shoulder rub.
