Eating less refined carbs is ideal for a healthy diet, too. Refined carbs are extremely unhealthy and can lead to a rise in blood sugar levels. This food is problematic if you want to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy.

Using eco-friendly products eliminates any harmful chemicals that may affect your health negatively. You want to buy organic and avoid eating too many processed foods. You should want to create an eco-friendly lifestyle to help keep your environment and your body within healthy limits.     You’ve acknowledged who supplied the photos on this article but who has provided the advice?

    As 50% of a couple who both did everything right and went through years of hope and despair the endless well meant information added another layer and guilt if we’d missed something well meaning people claimed worked – in the end, for sanity, we had to ignore articles like this one and comments from friends and family and strangers(!) and heed only the professionals on our journey. Infertility and the emotional whirlwind is not always resolvable by simply a process of being healthy and doing everything right – for many it comes under the category of unexplained.

      Hi Nicola, these are suggestions only, infertility can be totally unexplained and very difficult to deal with. There was supposed to be an opening paragraph to this article (my editor/helper is away and it was missed out) It’s now there. Sorry for any upset this may have caused.
