Car odour – Sprinkle on the seats and floor, leave overnight then vacuum, redo the process for particularly bad smells, you can also leave baking soda in the carpet for a few days if necessary.

Drain or waste disposal – A few tablespoons straight down the drain can help, run the hot tap for about 30 seconds.

Shoes – Baking soda sprinkled into the offending shoe and left overnight does the trick, empty in the morning and wipe clean.
